1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of ballerinaperfume.ae (and related domains) and any purchase of products or services from us. Additional policies form part of these terms: our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell fragrances and related products. We aim for accurate descriptions, imagery, and pricing; however, colours and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on screen. Product availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order.

Fragrance is a personal experience. Unless a product is faulty or not as described, personal preference (for example, scent liking) is not a ground for cancellation after shipment under our returns rules for sealed cosmetics.

4. Prices, VAT, and currency

Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated. Listed prices are inclusive of UAE VAT at 5% where applicable. Our Tax Registration Number (TRN) is 104676015100001.

We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors. Promotional prices apply only while clearly stated and while stock lasts.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation (by email, WhatsApp, or other agreed channel) and accept payment (or confirm cash/bank terms for wholesale where applicable). We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, or pricing error.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge the total amount due, including delivery and VAT. Title to goods passes to you upon full payment and delivery; risk passes on delivery as described in our shipping policy.

Delivery timescales are estimates. Details of areas we serve, costs, and responsibilities are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Perfume and cosmetics are often subject to hygiene restrictions once unsealed. Please read the Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before ordering.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including brand names, logos, text, photography, and design — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or commercially reuse it without prior written permission. Third-party brand names appear for identification of genuine products we offer for sale.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or using bots to scrape prices or stock). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable UAE law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
